My feet smell like trashcan. It's my first time trying Vessi, the shoes are really comfortable and it's been around 30 days of me wearing them and everyone around me has started complaining of bad smell on my feet. I never had this problem with any other shoes I wore and I don't know if it's my shoes that defective or it's Vessi shoes in general. I have stopped wearing them.

I received amazing service from Savannah. The store was insanely busy. If I was a sales associate there I would have an aneurysm within a few hours. Savannah came over to assist me and was very kind and cheerful. She helped me get everything I needed, including finding an available pair of the Sunday Slippers which are normally for online only. She was able to help me find a few pairs of shoes based on my needs. She always gave me a few options and listed the pros and cons of each so I could make the right choice. She should be promoted. I noticed a lot of very rude customers here. I have a feeling that the people saying the customer service is poor are probably not the best customers to begin with. The shoes are well priced in my opinion as similar less comfortable shoes from Adidas or Nike are the same price or more. The jacket is also a great deal.

Tried my first pair of Vessi’s last summer. Have dipped in twice more since then. Last two multi purchases were online. Had to change up something (size etc) on two orders @ Vessi store itself. Both times were smooth & no fuss whatsoever. Quite knowledgeable & refreshing experience. Shipping option works fine. There are deals if you add your email which I took advantage of each time. (Only suggestion is that they have a live person to answer their store phone or head office phone. That is the weak link in their chain.) Store staff is solid & committed. Recommended & they passed on the point about virtual limbo options not being good for all demographics. (Rain jacket is pretty sweet.)

Came into Vessi on Kingsway Burnaby and was genuinely impressed! Anthony, the sales rep, stood out with his super friendly and incredibly helpful approach. He made the shopping experience delightful. Also, the performance of their men's shoes is nothing short of impressive. They offer great comfort and style, perfect for my daily needs. Highly recommend checking them out for their top-notch products and excellent customer service!

I’ve had my Vessi shoes for 2 years now. When I first got them, the insoles slid alot. But I let them know, and they sent me money to buy a new pair of insoles which helped. I’ve worn them almost every day for the past year since my other shoes gave out. Pros: Still completely waterproof after years, no tears or damage to them, stylish, good customer service, easy to clean Cons: Not the most supportive shoe, stretches out over a year so it becomes much more roomy causing feet to slide

This is purely a window shopper review so I won’t speak for the actual service as I didn’t require shoes. It’s a nice clean store and replaced the Spring location on the upper level of Metrotown. There are a lot of interesting waterproof items (shoes and socks, etc) but I will say the price is on the higher side. Of course, there are great benefits to having a fashion friendly water proof shoe but it is quite the investment. Worth it for raincouver and one day I’d like to own a pair but I don’t find their shoes too supportive at the moment.

Fantastic service for an exchange of an online purchase. We bought shoes on sale and when choosing a replacement pair we had different styles available in store, the sales rep offered our new pair at the sale price even though the sale was over. Very easy process!
